The Program Director for LSS Metro Youth Housing Services provides leadership for multiple licensed residential programs that serve youth experiencing homelessness in Ramsey County/Saint Paul. Reporting to the Senior Director, the Program Director manages the daily affairs and overall program operations for a continuum of services for unhoused youth, including street outreach, emergency shelter, transitional housing, a group home for parenting teens, and intensive case management. The Program Director supervises 5 managers and is responsible for program operations and financial management of a $2 million budget and 23 staff, meeting reporting requirements, and strategic planning to ensure adequate resources for programming and future growth. The Program Director, under the guidance of the Senior Director of Youth Services, provides direction to our Metro Youth Housing Services in all aspects of operations. In this role, you will ensure services, facilities and staffing meet LSS's commitment to excellence. Major Responsibilities/Activities: Program Operations Management - 40%
