Our team in Corporate Group is looking for a Treasury Operations Manager to join them. You will report to the Assistant Treasurer and will have a hybrid work schedule in East Aurora, NY.

As the Treasury Operations Manager, you will collaborate with senior leadership to oversee critical financial functions, including cash management, leasing, share management, working capital programs, compliance, and treasury technology. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial efficiency and operational excellence across Moog.

To be considered for the Treasury Operations Manager role, here's what you'll typically need to bring with you:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. MBA or Certified Treasury Professional preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in Treasury/Finance, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Some experience with Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate Risk preferred.

As a Treasury Operations Manager, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Treasury professionals.
  • Oversee daily cash operations, ensuring liquidity and accurate forecasting. Manage multi-currency cash flows in coordination with international teams.
  • Negotiate and manage equipment and real estate leases. Oversee lease payments and provide strategic leasing guidance.
  • Lead share-related programs, including repurchase initiatives and share movement administration.
  • Administer securitization and supply chain financing programs.
  • Ensure adherence to treasury policies, debt covenants, and regulatory filing requirements.
  • Lead improvements in treasury systems and implement new technological tools.
  • Support capital markets activities as needed.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $110,000.00-$150,000.00 Annually

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
