Location: This is a hybrid (virtual/onsite) position with required onsite days on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday assigned to One Energy Plazalocated in Jackson, MI. The selected candidate must be within a commutable distance or willing to relocate (relocation package is available for those that qualify). GENERAL SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The Senior Business Process & Tech Architect participates in Information Technology Governance activities, innovation, strategy and continuous process improvement across the enterprise. This includes organizing, leading, and facilitating cross-BU requirements gathering, process design, improvement and re- engineering initiatives that can encompass an end to end analysis and future state redesign. The incumbent will have a understanding of the scope of IT Governance and it's services and products, and review of related technical and process operations for the purposes of improvement and optimization. Perform data analysis, technical analysis, risk and performance reporting on asset, vendor, risk, program lifecycle data and architecture services. Leads and supports efforts to improve data quality, technical operations, cost & process optimization, planning and stakeholder collaboration, stakeholder expectations and continuously improve costs and services. Support document lifecycle retention management and team sites/document libraries. Liaising with cross functional teams and departments utilizing effective communication and change management methods with stakeholders and owners. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
