Location: The successful candidate will be expected to work in a hybrid status of reporting to any Consumers Energy Service Center every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday with home office flexibility on Wednesday and Friday. The Lead Maintenance Technician performs a variety highly skilled duties and responsibilities involved in the maintenance, repair, service and installation of equipment, machinery and related facilities. The Incumbent keeps records and prepares reports; and performs a variety of highly complex tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility. The Lead Maintenance Technician performs the tasks common to the classification under minimal supervision. The incumbent leads the training and mentoring of lower-level mechanics and maintenance technicians. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
