24134BR Human Resources Technician I/II/III (Classification and Compensation) (One Year Only) Gatehouse Administration Center Description Performs paraprofessional work related to a specialized area of personnel management; collects, processes, and audits human resource data; produces a variety of reports; provides technical support. Qualifications Required Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or possession of a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) certificate. Three (3) years of experience with an HR focus and/or performing technical data management-related duties. Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience. Knowledge of the practices, procedures, and policies of human resources. Proficiency in the use of technology. Ability to compile, process, and analyze data and reporting. Attention to detail; ability to think critically and exercise good judgment. Ability to work quickly and accurately with quantitative information and verify the correctness of actions. Ability to work independently and exercise initiative. Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with culturally diverse central office staff. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
