Closing Date: 2/6/2025, or upon receipt of the first 50 applications Director Business Relationship Management ISMD Salary Range: $125,091.20 - $187,636.80 JOB SUMMARY: The Business Relations Director oversees and manages relationships between IMSD and Milwaukee County's various departments/business units. This position is responsible for Client Relationship Management, Business Development, Stakeholder Engagement, Communication and Collaboration and Market Research and Analysis. Conveying the technology vision/mission to aid Milwaukee County to take advantage of existing and evolving innovations. Guide the Business Relationship Managers (BRM) and Project Management Office to assist the business in the preparation of new project requests, helping to convey the needs in language most understandable to technology professionals and maximize the benefits of technology in the furtherance of our County, departmental and division goals.: evolve culture, build partnerships, drive value and mature BRM discipline. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Accountable to create business strategies and proposes implementation methods. Communicates with elected County officials and departmental leaders. Conducts manager performance reviews, approves supervisor and staff performance reviews. Approves business plans, budgets, and schedules. Prioritization accountability. Facilitating resource management. Ensuring compliance with County and legal requirements. Managing relationships with stakeholders. Overseeing a department's overall performance.
