About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive Cloudflare's enterprise expansion across the Nordics. This is a critical, quota-carrying role focused on acquiring and growing relationships with large, strategic customers.

As part of a collaborative sales team-including Business Development, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success-you'll act as a trusted advisor to help enterprise organizations solve complex technical challenges and achieve their digital goals with Cloudflare's platform.

This is not just another sales role. It's an opportunity to become a growth leader in a hyper-scale business that's shaping the Internet's security and performance architecture.


What You'll Do


  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan for the Nordics, with a focus on enterprise acquisition and expansion.



  • Drive full-cycle sales opportunities-from initial discovery to value articulation, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and closing.



  • Deliver Cloudflare's compelling value proposition to both technical and business stakeholders, including C-level executives.



  • Leverage a deep understanding of cybersecurity and network infrastructure to identify opportunities for Zero Trust, SASE, and performance optimization solutions.



  • Partner closely with internal teams (Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, etc.) to ensure success throughout the customer lifecycle.



  • Build and maintain a healthy, predictable sales pipeline using modern sales tools and methodologies.



  • Establish long-term strategic relationships with key enterprise accounts and industry influencers in the region.



  • Travel as needed to meet customers and attend key industry events (typically <25%).




What We're Looking For


  • 6+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, networking, or cloud infrastructure.



  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota with large and strategic customers.



  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals.



  • Deep understanding of how the Internet works, including fundamentals of networking, infrastructure, and security.



  • Ability to communicate and present technical concepts clearly and effectively.



  • Fluency in English and Finnish or Swedish is required.



  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.



  • A technical background (e.g., engineering, computer science, MIS) is a strong plus.
