Description Join a team of professionals where you will be responsible for performing mechanical inspection of manufactured product and creating those inspection sequences as appropriate. All functions are to be done in accordance with procedures as they related to AS9100 standards and are stated in the TURBOCAM Quality Procedures. We offer starting pay of $21.00/hour! Come Build with Us by: Perform the following types of inspections as defined by the job traveler and record on the inspection reports: receipt inspections for customer material and outside services, first article inspections including shroud probes for approval of turning and milling programs, in-process inspections, and final inspections per customer drawings. Identify, tag, and segregate all non-conforming parts. Record as appropriate, including in the NCR database, and work with Quality Engineers to disposition parts. Supports the Quality Engineer in facilitating the flow of parts and paperwork through the mechanical inspection lab. Perform other duties as necessary. Bring Your Expertise; You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. If you have experience with mechanical and/or CMM inspection experience, GREAT! But if not you have a can-do attitude, serious ownership and a thirst for learning. You arethoroughand able to follow instructions carefully. You embracecreativity, but are always looking to understand the how and why first. You valueteamworkand have good interpersonal communication and organization skills. You keep itprofessional, but can also have a good laugh. You have a high level ofintegrityand want to make a difference! You are excited about working with Automation & Robots and enjoy learning new technology! This position requires adequate near vision by means of annual test provided by TURBOCAM.
