Harley-Davidson Motor Company is headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, where the first H-D factory was built in 1903 - a wooden shed in the backyard of the Davidson's family home. Job Summary

This position supports the Total Rewards programs of Harley-Davidson including services for the administration of employee benefit & compensation programs. This includes financial reconciliation and processing of invoices, response to employee inquiries, creating/maintaining reports and serving as a liaison between employees, our programs and our vendors.

This position is primarily responsible for coordinating various functions in support of the Company's benefit programs to include, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as long and short term disability, 401(k), deferred compensation, flexible spending accounts, COBRA and the wellness program. It also supports the compensation programs of the company through assisting in supporting our global compensation structures along with supporting all day-to-day tasks on the team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Administers benefits programs including tuition reimbursement, the H-D Healthy Behavior Rewards program, discount program and health and dependent care managed accounts.
  • Provides support for internal and external audit projects as well as ongoing reporting needs of the Total Rewards Team.
  • Administers the day to day invoice processing for Total Rewards programs. Supports the month end financial reconciliation process as well as annual budgeting process. Processes the funding for the 401(k) and executive Deferred Compensation program.
  • Acts as the front line for employee questions and feedback on benefits and compensation issues. Anticipates and takes initiative to drive resolution of routine issues and ensures resolution of issues with limited need for follow-up.
  • This position has a high degree of interaction with internal and external contacts which requires the use of confidentiality, and excellent communication skills.

Education Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Experience Requirements

  • Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work interdependently and effectively manage time and manage projects in order to meet established deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability handling confidential and sensitive information.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
