Scheduled Weekly Hours: 24Gundersen St. Elizabeth's in Wabasha, MN has Registered Nursepositions available for our Home Health Unit. This is your opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with patients and families while doing the work you love in the beautiful Coulee region. This part time opportunity will be scheduled 24 hours per week and work with our dynamic team that provides safe and compassion care in patient homes. Staring wage is $34.77 - $49.22 per hour. Job Description:The registered nurse (RN) focuses on the health and wellness of individuals, families and populations in collaboration with other health care professionals by incorporating evidence-based practice in the management of acute illness, chronic disease, disability, and end-of-life care. The RN utilizes the nursing process and aligns practice with organizational policies, professional nursing standards and regulatory practice acts.
