Strategize and implement high-level programs ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, Program Manager optimizes relationships, costs, and resources while nurturing each program from inception through to completion. Evaluates program success, makes recommendations for continuous improvement. Essential Functions Program Management (45%)

Minimum Qualifications (knowledge, skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses) Bachelor's degree and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a business or higher education context or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Proficiency with Google G Suite, Zoom, and Microsoft Office. Executive-level verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in an environment with constantly changing client needs. Learning mindset. Experience working with diverse backgrounds. Preferred Qualifications Business and sales experience. Executive presence. Ability to become proficient in new technical platforms quickly. Skills Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects from inception to execution of high-level programming. Exceptional communication skills with excellent judgment, executive presence, problem-solving and project management skills. Experience working with CRM, databases, online learning platforms, Google Analytics. Ability to analyze information and translate into succinct presentations to connect with respective multi-level stakeholder audiences is required. Strong work ethic, curiosity, and a passion for advancing women in business. Additional Information Ability to travel 10% and work periodic weekends and nights as programming requires. Please attach
