Job Description: We are looking to add a Patient Services Representative to our Phone Room. This is a key position that helps create the first impression of our company. The role primarily involves working in the phone room, answering and routing incoming calls. Key Responsibilities: * Provide excellent customer service to patients and coworkers. * Operate a multi-line telephone to connect interoffice and house calls. * Schedule appointments. * Register patients who call in for appointments. * Retrieve insurance information. * Perform other duties as assigned. Additional Skills & Qualifications: * Good customer service skills required. * Must be comfortable working on a computer; the role involves being on the computer all day. * Medical office experience is helpful, but not necessary. * Ability to easily multi-task. * Display innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
