*Job Summary:* As an Online Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients using our online banking platform. You will assist customers with their digital banking needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless and secure online banking experience. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving problems, and promoting the features and benefits of our digital banking services.
The first 2 months of this role will require onsite training 8am-5pm in Lynn, MA. After training, there is an opportunity to go remote depending on performance and attendance. Once remote your shift will require every Saturday 9am-3pm and 4 days during the week 8.5 hours shift between 7am-8pm. *Responsibilities of this role include:* * Provide outstanding service via phone and email to all online banking end users with outgoing personality and professionalism; successfully address customer questions and concerns. * Provide a high level of customer service to all online banking end users. * Provide support to online banking call volume for the customer service center * Utilize strong written communication skills to reply to internal and external email inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. * Serve as a service liaison between online customers of Eastern Bank and all third-party service providers. * Process new online account set-ups and perform ongoing maintenance to existing online accounts. * May be required to assist other areas of the call center on an as-needed basis. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00 * Medical, dental & vision * Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital * 401(k) Retirement Plan - Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available * Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) * Short and long-term disability * Health Spending Account (HSA) * Transportation benefits * Employee Assistance Program * Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) *Workplace Type* This is a hybrid position in Lynn,MA. *Application Deadline* This position will be accepting applications until Feb 7, 2025.
