Position Summary

The Financial Systems & Technical Support Analyst position will be primarily responsible for delivering tools and reports for finance and operations leaders. The Analyst will work with data from various systems and sources to compile reports and BI dashboards for our business leaders. This role will also work closely with the FP&A team to provide technical and administrative support for our financial planning software and ERP systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and manage high-impact high-visibility tools that tracks key performance indicators
  • ETL data from dispersed sources and develop analytical tools
  • Create SQL server queries and views to support downstream processes
  • Report and dashboard development in Power BI, MS Reporting Services, PowerPivot and Excel
  • Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to support key business functions and help identify process improvements
  • Manage data integration points between financial planning and ERP systems
  • Administer and provide technical support for financial systems
  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact and data expert for all financial data



Position Requirements

Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT or related field
  • 2+ years of experience working with and supporting ERP systems required, experience with NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics preferred
  • Experience with Power BI, DAX and Power Query


Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities



  • Understanding of financial/GL data
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database design
  • Familiarity with SSIS package design and general ETL frameworks
  • Proficient in Excel with advanced knowledge of formulas
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to work on cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver strong results and manage tight deadlines
  • Advanced organization and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
