Description & Requirements
As a Revenue Integrity Senior Manager within our Healthcare Consulting Practice, you will be working with the firm's healthcare executive leadership team in building the firm's performance improvement capabilities related to revenue integrity and middle revenue cycle initiatives. In addition, you will be working with a highly collaborative team that is solely dedicated to the health care industry.
How you will contribute:
  • Managing large performance improvement projects, including qualitative and quantitative tasks, with a focus on revenue integrity initiatives to include, but not limited to, charge description master (CDM), charge capture, and charge reconciliation functions. Quantify financial impact and findings from assessments and assist the team to move projects to implementation
  • Offering additional experience helping clients with price transparency compliance and charge setting/ pricing strategy including financial impact modeling
  • Contract management modeling to support payment variance analysis
  • Manage and use large data sets to effectively support engagement outcomes and recommendations
  • Refine and/or develop new service offerings using currently available data
  • Demonstrate value to clients in the form of high-quality deliverables (Analytics, Word and PowerPoint) that exceed client expectations
  • Strong project management skills
  • Coaching and mentoring our staff/senior consultants
  • Executing quality client service and identifying additional value-added services
  • Demonstrating thought leadership through speaking forums, whitepapers, webinars, etc.
  • Being an active participant in specific healthcare industry groups (e.g. HFMA, ACHE, MGMA, HFMA, Beckers, etc.)
  • Assisting with new business development, growing our client relationships, qualifying leads, and scoping opportunities
  • Advising, communicating, and presenting to all levels including C-suite, management, steering committees, the board of directors, etc.
We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:
  • Ability to travel up to 50% depending on client commitments
  • Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills
  • A demonstrated ability to establish priorities, manage shifting priorities and handle numerous time-sensitive projects with multiple deadlines
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 years or more of relevant healthcare experience
  • Revenue integrity/middle revenue cycle experience
  • Understanding technologies and data analytics that are utilized in the middle revenue cycle environment to improve revenue and charge capture
  • Performance improvement experience as it relates to hospital and clinic revenue integrity functions, including the capture and flow of charges from clinical departments through the patient bill/claim
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
  • SQL, Business Intelligence Platforms
  • Past employment with large/medium-sized Consulting firm(s)

Illinois Wage Transparency
Pursuant to Illinois' Equal Pay Act, the salary range displayed is for the Illinois market. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Non-exempt/hourly positions will be eligible for time and half pay for employees that work over 40 hours in a workweek. Benefits are eligibility-based and could include group health plan benefits, 401(K), bonuses, profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave.
