What You'll Do Manages a book of business valued between $250K to $500K. Support Senior Client Manager and Client Manager on their larger accounts. Handle day-to-day service tasks such as endorsements, policy processing, certificates of insurance, and renewal workflows. Participate in client meetings and assist in client onboarding. Collaborate with carriers for quoting and coverage clarifications. Develop skills in underwriting negotiations and client retention strategies You Should Have: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience At least 3 years of client support or client management experience Property & Casualty Insurance License required Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated comfort with renewal cycle and processes Possesses time management and problem solving skills Personal responsibility and accountability for assigned book of business Ability to build and grow professional relationships with clients #LI-JS1 Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance and the California Fair Chance Act.
