As a Global Client Service & Operations (GCSO) Senior Analyst, you will lead the execution of client activities, onboardings and operational servicing for our Retail SMA business. You will provide leadership by analyzing client needs, business impacts and operational risk. You will independently solve client and operational requests and will serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert for the team. To thrive in this role, you will collaborate with business partners across the North America Client Group, Legal & Compliance and Investment Operations to enhance processes, drive client centric solutions and support business growth. You will play a critical role engaging with internal and external partners (including advisors, consultants and/or third-party vendors) and you will operate in a manner that demonstrates advocacy for both clients and Capital Group.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $121,652-$194,643

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
