Job Summary

Supporting and implementing the University's brand and marketing initiatives, the Admissions Marketing Coordinator manages marketing and communications planning and execution for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. In tandem with the Admissions Marketing Coordinator will leverage a diverse group of specialists within University Communications & Marketing (UCM) to lead recruitment strategies through web, email, text, print, direct mail, and social media in support of meeting new student enrollment goals for the University.

Responsibilities
  • Leads the Undergraduate Admissions staff in the design and implementation of communications to support strategic recruitment efforts
  • Serves as an ambassador of and promotes the University's brand
  • Discerns project performance metrics and measure post-implementation effectiveness
  • Leverage data sources to inform marketing strategies and to measure the effectiveness and optimization of deployed strategies and guide university leaders in strategic decisions
  • Supervises an Admissions Marketing Specialist, also assigned to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions
  • Assists in managing the Admissions CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system (Technolutions Slate), including the development and maintenance of all outbound communications, event registrations, portals, and exports/reports for staff
  • Facilitates prospective undergraduate student communication within the University's AI system (Druid), including drafting/sending messages, updating content and knowledge, and monitoring student conversations.
  • Manages the Office of Undergraduate Admissions social media accounts
  • Leads the critical and constant communication flow between University Communications and Marketing (UCM) and the Office of Undergraduate Admissions
  • Manages project development among client and UCM editorial, graphic design, website, photo/video, and marketing leadership stakeholders
  • Manages the Undergraduate Admissions websites
  • Coordinates project plans to effectively build and deploy strategies with UCM personnel within channels such as paid media, SEO, social media, collateral, etc.
  • Demonstrates relationship management excellence in working with the Office of Undergraduate Admissions


Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience
  • Three (3) or more years of related work experience


Proposed Salary

$50,173 - $55,000

This is an exempt position paid on a monthly basis.
