University Communications & Marketing

Job Summary

Support and implement the University's brand and marketing initiatives. Partner with University internal clients to develop marketing objectives, strategies, and supporting projects. Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns to support the brand, student recruitment, student retention, and other messaging and related activities that support the University's mission. Discern project performance metrics, and measure post-implementation effectiveness. Leverage various data sources to help determine refinements and new opportunities for the University.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal clients to conceive, plan, and execute brand and marketing strategies
  • Develop project plans to effectively build and deploy strategies within channels such as paid media, SEO, social media, collateral, etc.
  • Manage project development among client, editorial, graphic design, website, photo/video, and marketing leadership stakeholders
  • Leverage data sources to educate and inform University stakeholders, and to guide strategic decisions
  • Leverage data sources to measure the effectiveness of deployed strategies and optimize if needed
  • Champion the University brand
  • Initiate and maintain excellent client relationships


Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience
  • Two (2) or more years of related work experience


Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, communications or related field


Proposed Salary

$46,513

This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
