The BNSF Railway Corporate Communications and Public Affairs Department manages internal and external communications, handles media relations, and supports community interactions in which we serve and work. This team ensures clear, consistent messaging and fosters positive relationships with the public and stakeholders. Their efforts are crucial in maintaining BNSF's reputation and community engagement. This is a full-timelocated in Fort Worth, TX. For certain positions, including this one, employees can work one day per week remotely. Travel is minimal, less than 10% The Manager of Employee Engagement supports serves as an important member of the internal communication team, supporting vital internal and external communication and engagement programs through both creative and technical skills to keep employees connected and informed. Key responsibilities may include: Serve as Application Manager for myBNSF (Intranet) Manage and support the myBNSF (Intranet) platform, including creating, posting and maintaining content; monitoring and addressing user feedback; working with platform provider to resolve technical issues; maintaining performance metrics; training and provisioning assigned content managers from other departments; and guiding platform updates to ensure a positive user experience. Daily work is conducted in an indoor office environment.
