The Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Poolside Dining Supervisor to join our team at our poolside restaurant. As the Poolside Dining Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our poolside restaurant. You will lead a team of service staff, oversee daily operations, and uphold the highest standards of customer service to provide an exceptional dining experience for our club members and guests.

Duties and Functions:



  • Lead and supervise a team of servers/bartenders, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee daily pool-side F&B operations, including opening and closing procedures, table set-ups, and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food and beverage service, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
  • Greet and interact with club members and guests, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Handle escalated member issues and complaints, resolving them with tact and empathy.
  • Collaborate with management to implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels of beverages, tableware, and supplies, and place orders as necessary to avoid shortages.
  • Train staff on menu knowledge, service techniques, and up-selling strategies to enhance revenue.
  • Allocate responsibilities and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak times and events.



Qualification Standards:



  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail to uphold quality standards.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
  • Certification in food handling and safety is a plus.
