Location: Southfield, MI

Work Arrangement: ON-SITE

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the North America Marketing team. The Marketing Specialist will support brand and customer marketing initiatives including the development, planning, execution and tracking of marketing programs to support DRiV's commercial truck and off-highway segment. This role will report to the Brand Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:




  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and plans that drive results aligned to strategic initiatives.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of national and regional customer marketing plans including digital media, promotions, customer activations and training support.
  • Extend DRiV brands and products in-market, supporting awareness and growth amongst customer targets with sales materials and content.
  • Communicate marketing plans to key stakeholders while collaborating with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute key projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors to develop promotional sites and manage program fulfillment.
  • Analyze and report on the performance results of marketing plans, promotions, campaigns vs. targets.
  • Monitor / track all project spend to budgets.



Minimum Requirements:

Education:



  • BA/BS degree


Experience:



  • 5 years of experience in marketing or advertising required; proven track record of executing marketing programs.


Skills:



  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, problem solver; able to work as part of a dynamic team.
  • Self-driven person who can coordinate multiple tasks simultaneous in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel. PowerPoint).
