JHCP is looking for a Clinical Documentation Specialist II (CDS) . The CDS responsible for developing and accessing educational materials to target specific needs. Responsible for content development and assessment of educational programs and materials to target needs of specific service lines as needed. She/he must be very active with provider education regarding ongoing identification and closure of care gaps. Additionally, assures regular audits and quality review of team members. Location: 6225 Smith Ave., Baltimore, MD 21209 Shift: Non-exempt. - Full-time - 40 hours per week - Mon-Fri What You'll Need to be Successful:
Salary Range: Minimum $33.61 per hour - Maximum $55.51 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
