Job Scope:

Works under periodic supervision. Follows standard guidelines, procedures, oral and written instructions to accomplish assigned tasks. May assist with training and checking the work of lower-level employees. Resolves a variety of questions and problems. Refers only the most complex issues to higher levels.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Working leader of warehouse and operations personnel


Experience and Skills Guidelines:



  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and two to four years prior experience in a related field
  • Guides and trains workers in the development of practical work routines to achieve desired level of safety, productivity and output, guaranteeing an uninterrupted workflow.
  • May assign work from established priorities of jobs to meet shipping schedules
  • Assists supervisor in employee performance
  • Experienced and Leader at the Receiving function, with ability to coach next level employee
  • Experienced and Leader at the shipping function, with ability to coach next level employee
  • Experienced and Leader within office function, scheduling & WMS, with ability to coach next level employee
  • Experienced and Leader at Sampling packing and FedEx shipments functions, with ability to coach next level employee
  • Experienced and Leader within Transportation & Dispatch, with ability to coach next level employee


Critical Physical Demands:



  • Occasionally lift up to 60 lbs. floor to waist (product)
  • Ability to work in a cold environment (-10)
  • Constant use of both hands and upper extremities


Must be able to work mandatory overtime days as well as work overtime on short notice.
