Hourly Rate: $17.75
DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY Perform final visual and physical inspections on finished goods to meet order specifications, production standards and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES *Inspect finished product for defects or imperfections in aesthetics and function and to ensure tolerances and product specifications are met *Ensure conformance to order specifications and FDA regulations *Utilize the Matrix/ProductionWare system and ensure that all pertinent product information is documented and recorded onto the Device History Record (DHR) *Use a team-oriented approach and communicate concerns and issues to management *Follow Work Instructions and perform duties assigned and with minimal supervision *Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management *Complete the annual CTPAT Security Training *Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment *Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations *Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times *Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary REQUIRED SKILLS *Must be a friendly team player, detail-oriented, and honest Must have the ability to: *Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment *Read and interpret work instructions, work orders, inspection criteria, tape measures, policies, and procedures *Identify and record facts *Stand/Walk/Bend throughout the workday *Lift/Push/Pull 40 lbs.
