This position will conduct Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities for the SDDC Cloud Services (CS) Team. Two RMF packages are within scope, 1 is a new RMF package for the Secure Cloud Integrated Platform (SCIP) and the second is an active combined RMF package for SDDC CS and SDDC EDI. The CS/EDI RMF package is on NIST 800-53 Rev 4 and will need to be converted to NIST 800-53 Rev 5. The SCIP package will be developed using NIST 800-53 Rev 5.

This position is 100% remote work and requires a Secret clearance.

  • Provide program-specific input for the development of new Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation and the updating of existing RMF documentation.
  • Provide updates to existing certification and accreditation documentation, such as artifacts, test results, major and minor modification documents, network diagrams, ports and protocol matrix, topology diagrams, vulnerability scans, and other existing documentation.
  • Remediate the applicable DoD Security Authorization Decision conditions (conditional Authority to Operate)
  • Maintain all source code and design artifacts.
  • Sustain accurate RMF documentation.
  • Complete and validate STIG/SRG checklists for RMF, quarterly.
  • Provide RMF ATO Artifacts
  • Perform code scans of staging, production, and other environments, as needed.
  • Track and report on all security issues uncovered during the software lifecycle.
  • Complete monthly application STIG status reporting and POA&M updates
  • Ensure associated risks are evaluated, documented, and reported along with risk mitigation and recommend course of action.
Requirements
  • Active Secret Clearance is required.
  • Associates or Bachelors with up to 5 years of related work experience or 9 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Experience with IA tools such as Nessus and Fortify SCA.
  • Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level I certification such as Security+
