The ideal candidate for this role will need to enjoy closing out discrepancies and getting to the bottom of unresolved billing issues! In this role, you will be calling, emailing, and/or researching bills that have not been paid due to several reasons and figuring out how to rectify the issue to ultimately get it paid! This position is key to Trinity's success in the fact that you are the last line of defense in making sure our customers are billed properly for our carriers to be paid accurately! This role calls for someone who enjoys resolving issues and isn't afraid of picking up the phone and building quick rapport to get to the bottom of things!
