    • Drive collaboration among diverse stakeholders, facilitating alignment on how to streamline processes and deliver a seamless experience for internal and external customers.
  3. Cyclical & Annual Process Coordination
    • Lead and orchestrate quarterly updates, reporting changes, and stakeholder communications across Sales Ops and partner departments.
    • Plan and execute major annual initiatives-such as quota design/rollout and sales compensation design/rollout-to ensure seamless integration and handoffs across teams.
    • Monitor critical milestones, track progress, and preemptively address risks or bottlenecks that could impact quality or timeliness.
  4. Stakeholder Management & Communication
    • Serve as the primary liaison among Sales Operations leadership, partner departments (e.g., Finance, Patient Services, Customer Service/Operations), and other key internal stakeholders.
    • Provide timely, transparent updates on project status, risks, and achievements to executives and functional leaders.
    • Facilitate decision-making, balancing competing priorities to keep projects on course and aligned with strategic goals.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with the dedicated CRM/Dynamics Scrum Master to ensure alignment when CRM enhancements or data integration efforts intersect with broader projects.
    • Coordinate with the Reporting & Data Manager for any Power BI reporting needs that support critical projects, such as rebate visibility or sales compensation analytics.
    • Foster synergy between teams-ensuring each perspective is considered in solution design, and creating "simple and elegant" handoffs that minimize friction and redundant work.
  6. Change Management & Training
    • Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder communication and training materials, to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
    • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback loops and post-project reviews to refine processes.
