This Digital Marketing Content Specialist position is responsible for creating, editing and proofing content that will support a variety of digital and print materials, including but not limited to: AssociatedBank.com and microsites, email, social media, digital advertising, branch merchandising and customer mailings. The incumbent will create content that tells the Associated Bank brand story and explains our products and services to consumers and businesses while increasing conversions of integrated marketing campaigns.

This person will,

  • Create, test, and implement marketing content for websites, email campaigns, newsletters, infographics, social media posts, and other marketing content items.

  • Edit and proofread written pieces before publication.

  • Support digital and social media marketing activities in the daily execution of marketing programs, communications tools, direct marketing initiatives, and other go-to-market strategies.

  • Ensure channel message integrity for all groups and product categories supported, ensuring continuity of message and focus across both digital and traditional channels.

  • Effectively manage internal and external partnerships.

  • Coordinate with marketing stakeholders and design teams to develop engaging and on-brand content.

  • Identify customers' needs and research industry trends and recommend new content topics.

  • Collaborate with SEO Manager to apply keyword insights and use SEO guidelines to optimize content.

Requirements
Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent combination of education and experience Required

Experience

  • 2-4 years Working with a significant component of writing for the web. Working with SEO and/or PPC, and Broad digital marketing experience with specific knowledge of the core disciplines of digital marketing strategy, social media marketing, email marketing, online advertising, SEO, SEM and PPC, user journeys and content marketing Required

  • 2-4 years' work experience with a significant component of writing for the web Preferred

  • 2-4 years' work experience with SEO and/or PPC Preferred
