Staffmark is seeking a driven Division Distribution and Assembly Manager to join our team in Tempe, AZ. If you're looking for a position where your expertise is valued and you're ready to make an impact, this is the opportunity for you!

Salary: $88,000 - $135,000

Shift: Day shift hours

As the Division Manufacturing and Assembly Manager, you will oversee daily operations, driving team development and operational improvements. Your responsibilities will include guiding all phases of manufacturing to meet budget and output targets, ensuring customer specifications are met. You will foster a motivated, efficient team through collaborative management, focusing on quality assurance and process repeatability. This role will require you to manage strategies to meet operational plans, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. You'll also lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean manufacturing principles, identifying inefficiencies and recommending appropriate training.

Qualifications:



  • Minimum 4-year degree
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in a distribution or related environment
  • Six Sigma experience preferred
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
