JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Focuses on the development of engineering drawings and technical layout templates (TLTs) to support commercial artwork for labeling and secondary packaging printed components.
* Creation of engineering drawings and technical layout templates (TLTs) to support commercial packaging artwork development.
* Competency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Professional), or similar software application to create, modify and approve engineering drawings and templates.
* Familiarity with printing processes for labeling and packaging components.
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams (i.e., Quality, Device Engineering, Supply Chain, Artwork, Manufacturing, Regulatory, etc.) in pre-commercial and commercial activities.
* Troubleshoot issues with packaging specifications and templates as related to Artwork.
* Supporting Packaging Engineering team as needed to ensure project milestones are met.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's in Design, Packaging, Engineering, or related field.
* 3 to 5 years of general design experience.
* Independent thinker with demonstrated skills working in teams or leading project teams.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to quickly learn new concepts while paying close attention to details.
* Experience in a GDP / GMP environment is a bonus.
