Job Summary and Responsibilities

Acentra Health is looking for a Senior Operations Support Analyst to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

The Senior Operations Support Analyst aids the Operations Support team in achieving service quality, programmatic, contractual, and service-level agreement compliance and deliverables. This position supplies support to all programs in the contract's operations. The Associate Operations Support Analyst is under direct supervision of the Executive Director.

*This position is open to candidates across the United States but is specifically focused on the Oregon program.

Responsibilities:

  • Aid in processing, triaging and escalating tickets to support teams and management according to the escalation matrix and guidelines, based on contract priorities
  • Support all team priorities, opening tickets, tracking issues, running or developing reports, attending meetings, and other contract related activities for implementation, special projects, project management, or day-to-day business needs
  • Work with project managers from internal or external partners
  • Aid in responding to all events and needs for program deliverables
  • Follow written procedures to report on issues, record them, and escalate them
  • Assist in ensuring all quality, contract, implementation, program and other deliverables are tracked timely and recorded
  • Aid in finding root causes and involving proper internal and external resources to resolve non-conformity events and implement corrections for resolution
  • Supply operational support to all contracts, projects and programs
  • Write associated quicksteps, policies/procedures or other job aides as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant Oregon program experience or associates with 5+ years relevant Oregon program work experience
  • 1+ year experience with program monitoring and/or management
  • 1+ year experience working as subject matter expert or having responsibilities within a program implementation
  • 1+ year of cross-departmental collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years history of working with Oregon Health Authority
  • Proficient knowledge Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with Acentra Health ANG, OHA MMIS, and Adobe
  • Substantial knowledge of OR Duals, OR Medicaid, and other Oregon populations
  • Understand the software development life cycle (SDLC) and operations release process
  • Understand the company's standards and operations processes
  • Ability to adapt to task organizational, and project changes
  • Flexibility in working under demands and needs of various projects
  • Demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, creativity, and resourcefulness in handling assignments
  • Ability to concentrate for extended periods of time with minimum oversight, ability to work independently and track assignments
  • Effective analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Efficient attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Cross departmental collaboration
  • Capability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities
  • Ability to use reasoning to troubleshoot, solve, and escalate technical problems
  • Possess unwavering commitment to customer service and operational excellence
