Farnsworth Group is seeking a BIM/VDC Coordinator in our Phoenix, AZ office. In this role, you will be part of our design systems group focused on project operations. In this role you will be working directly with project teams, leading efforts to maintain and support the project data environment, coordination workflows, BIM quality and team efficiency.
Job Activities:


  • Manage Autodesk Construction Cloud project data environment including Issues, Review, Submittal workflows and all BIM project data sets.
  • Assist project teams with proper Project Setup, Cloud File Management, and communicate Project Kick-Off requirements and expectations
  • Perform quality review checks on multidisciplinary BIM Models for conformance with client/company standards and BIM requirements
  • Conduct space management and model coordination efforts, design reviews and issues tracking within the project team, contractors, vendors and owners.
  • Assist in the development of project BIM resources, Standards and Workflows for meeting client deliverable requirements
  • Performing other tasks assigned by an engineering and BIM manager.


Specific Requirements include:


  • Associates or Technical Degree with a focus in Computer Graphics for Construction or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5- 10 years of experience with Revit, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Plant 3D (in order of importance).
  • Advanced Revit skills required.
  • Autodesk Certified Professional, desired.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced construction environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication/organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
  • Ability to work on several multi-discipline projects simultaneously.
