Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned and organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting multiple senior executives and excel in a fast-paced environment with exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills. Key responsibilities include taking detailed notes and minutes, preparing presentations, managing web applications, and handling DocuSign or similar tools. The candidate must possess the ability to anticipate and proactively address the needs of the executives, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities:
Essential Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalency certification. Ten (10)+ years of experience providing administrative support to executive leadership. At least five years or more of experience managing projects, writing reports, and preparing presentations required.
