PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $125,700.00-$153,600.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $97,400.00 - $181,800.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. As a Senior Program Manager for Remote Solutions, you will shape and enhance the way BECU serves its members by leading key initiatives, refining processes, and ensuring the seamless delivery of products and services. Your expertise will directly influence strategic decisions, optimize operations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement for programs like Video Banking and Lending Solutions. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Elevate Processes: Identify opportunities to refine and optimize BU processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement that benefits both employees and members.
  • Deliver Excellence: Oversee key projects and system enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Drive Digital Engagement: Lead the development and execution of digital engagement programs, including video banking, to enhance member interactions and improve service accessibility.
  • Measure Success: Develop and implement productivity measures, track performance metrics, and provide insightful reporting to ensure the success of products and services.
  • Champion Communication: Provide timely, accurate, and clear communication across teams, ensuring transparency, alignment, and engagement at all levels.
  • Enhance Member & Employee Experience: Design and implement programs that drive advocacy and satisfaction, leveraging survey insights to address needs and elevate experiences.
  • Ensure Compliance: Navigate federal and state regulations with confidence, coordinating across departments to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Foster Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization, ensuring seamless coordination and knowledge-sharing to achieve company goals.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Maintain and refine operational audit processes, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and enhance business unit performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. in business or equivalent work or education related experience.
  • Experience managing project teams required.
  • Seven years of functional experience required, in the Financial Services industry preferred.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Five years of experience in operations management, project management, technology implementation, internal controls development and oversight preferred.
  • Green belt (or above) in Lean Six Sigma preferred.
  • Experience leading digital engagement projects/programs, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Experience in driving Operational Excellence and Change management for large teams
  • Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate in the English language.
  • Experience with project management, effective leadership and negotiation skills.
