THE JOB:

The Electrician will collaborate with management to ensure electrical equipment and systems are maintained and operational throughout the property.

THE STARTING RATE: $30.78

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain, repair, and install all electrical equipment and systems throughout the property
• Perform general maintenance and repairs for efficient operation of all electrical equipment
• Recognize when equipment is in need of repair, adjustment, or replacement and complete jobs assigned by Dispatch or Management
• Stay informed with up to date techniques and technical methods
• Establish and maintain effective working relationship with all departments
• Ability Work under minimal supervision, completing assigned tasks in a timely manner

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Knowledge of repair and preventative maintenance of equipment
• General knowledge of mathematical skills
• Capable of operating skyjack, forklift, and scissor lift
• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
• Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
