Assistant Retail Manager

Location:Spokane International Airport

Pay:$21 / hour

Shifts:Varied shifts, including early mornings (starting at 3am) and late nights (until 12am)

What You'll Do:

• Oversee store operations:Lead, mentor, and supervise team members.
• Ensure high standards:Maintain inventory, merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Financials:Manage daily sales, scheduling, and payroll.
• Team Development:Train and onboard staff to deliver top-tier service.

Requirements:

• Education:High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or relevant coursework preferred.
• Experience:2+ years in retail management.
• Skills:Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, strong organizational abilities.
• Interpersonal Skills:Strong communication skills, conflict resolution, and ability to work with diverse teams and executives.
