The Sr. Executive Director for Constituency Programs, Humanities, Arts, Social Sciences, School of Education, School of Public Policy, Intercollegiate Athletics, Regional & Pipeline Development, and Student Affairs (SED) reports directly to the Associate Vice Chancellor, Development, and serves on the senior development executive team. The incumbent will oversee an administrative coordinator and development officers across campus, forming a hybrid centralized/decentralized development team that works closely with the Deans, Vice Provost of Undergraduate Education, Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs, and Director of Intercollegiate Athletics, and faculty to identify opportunities for private support. In conjunction with the Associate Vice Chancellor, the SED will work to create a holistic, strategic, and thoughtful approach to the development operation for seven academic and central units, overseeing a team of fifteen. The incumbent will supervise and work with senior director-level development positions in the College of Humanities, Arts, & Social Sciences (CHASS), School of Education (SOE), School of Public Policy (SPP), Intercollegiate Athletics (ATH), Regional & Pipeline Development, and Student Affairs to set priorities, annual goals, and staff performance metrics required to meet long- term university-wide, college, and school objectives. The SED will foster a culture of accountability around metrics and develop strategies to build fundraising capacity and drive results. The incumbent will hold a portfolio and will be expected to fundraise at minimum $1MM annually.

The full salary range for the Sr. Executive Director for Constituency Programs, Humanities, Arts, Social Sciences, School of Education, School of Public Policy, Intercollegiate Athletics, Regional & Pipeline Development, and Student Affairs is $123,000 - $241,400 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $123,000 - $180,000 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
