The Role As QuidelOrtho continues to expand, we seek a Director, Global HR Technology to drive innovation and excellence in HR technology, analytics, and service delivery. This strategic role calls for a dynamic leader with deep expertise in HR platforms, data-driven insights, and process optimization, all aimed at elevating the employee experience and advancing organizational success. The Director of Global HR Technology, reporting to the Total Rewards, HR Technology, and Operations leader, will design, implement, and manage HR technology solutions aligned with the company's vision and goals. This role ensures the effective adoption and utilization of HR technologies, including case management and survey platforms, to support organizational objectives. The position is based in San Diego, CA, or Raritan, NJ, with remote work options available. The Responsibilities
The Individual Required:
The Key Stakeholders The role will work closely with HR leadership, HR Talent, HR Total Rewards, Payroll, and Geography HR leaders to align HR technology solutions with organizational priorities. Externally, the role will manage vendor relationships, including Workday and partner organizations, ensuring effective maintenance, support, and development. Regular engagement with stakeholders at all levels is essential to set expectations, provide insights, and ensure successful outcomes. Physical Demands No strenuous physical activity, though occasional light lifting of files and related materials (up to 10 lbs.) is required. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job is, regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. On a typical day, 80% of time is spent at the desk, on the phone, or working at the computer; 20% in meetings or interacting with team members. Limited domestic and/or international travel. Salary Transparency The salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $180,000 to $215,000 and is bonus eligible.
