Community Impact Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Community Impact Specialist to join our team and help us create a positive difference in the communities we serve. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social impact and building relationships with internal stakeholders and local non-profit organizations. As the Community Impact Specialist, you will work closely with, and report to the Community Impact Officer, providing administrative support to the bank's Philanthropy teams. This includes collaborating with community organizations on funding requests, compiling reports, and offering general assistance in areas related to community impact, such as the Community Reinvestment Act and financial wellness. Through this role, you will be a vital member of the bank's philanthropy and impact initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent. This position will require keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to connect with stakeholders at every level are a must. The ability to thrive in a fast pace and changing work environment will be essential in this role. All Mascoma Bank employees must maintain confidentiality and privacy.

This position can be performed hybrid at our branch located in Claremont, NH.

Starting pay for this position is $22.64 - $27.07 depending on experience.
