Regions Hospital is hiring a Supervisor, Sleep Health Program at our Sleep Health Center.

Under the general supervision of the Specialty Operations Manager, manages the day-to-day operations of the Sleep Health Center and outreach sleep facilities. Provides direction to staff, orders equipment and supplies, maintains inventory, facilitates education and training for staff. The Supervisor provides ongoing feedback to staff and effectively manages staff performance.



  • Leads and directs the day-to-day operations Of the Sleep Health Program.
  • Assist in maintaining an environment of care that assures the highest levels of patient experience, quality and safety.
  • Accepts Accountability for the stewardship of resources.
  • Coordinates and provides orientation, in-services and general development for team members.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to ongoing self-development and keeps current in advances in sleep medicine.
  • Performs other duties as requested.


Work schedule: FTE: 1.0 (40 hrs. weekly) Day Shift

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, management or related field

OR

Associate's degree and 3 or more years of experience in Sleep Health field.

Experience: Three (3) years previous Supervisory or Management experience in healthcare field, Sleep Health or related field

OR

Three (3) years of experience in the Sleep Health field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: Experience in quality and data analytics with the ability to effectively produce reporting.

Licensure/Certification: Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT).
