This is a hybrid role based out of our HQ office near Portland, Oregon. The expectation is for employees to be in-office 3 days or more per week, depending on business need. This in-office expectation is subject to change at business discretion.
ABOUT THE POSITION As a Brand Marketing team, we focus on our consumers' behavior and create experiences to build their connection to our brand. Whether it's media strategy, brand/product storytelling, content creation or partner activations, the consumer is at the heart of everything we do, and unlocking the outdoors for everyone is our mission. As Brand Transformation Project Coordinator, you will support the identification and evaluation of critical priorities, strategic opportunities and work stream engagements that drive Brand growth deliverables. Here you'll partner with Brand Transformation Office (BTO) team members to assist senior leaders as they align and engage their teams on high-priority initiatives. You will be a crucial member of the team, responsible for bringing key components of these initiatives together in service to quarterly and annual strategic planning processes and an outcome-oriented and consumer-centric culture and vision.
