This is a hybrid role based out of our HQ office near Portland, Oregon. The expectation is for employees to be in-office 3 days or more per week, depending on business need. This in-office expectation is subject to change at business discretion.

As Brand Transformation Project Coordinator, you will support the identification and evaluation of critical priorities, strategic opportunities and work stream engagements that drive Brand growth deliverables. Here you'll partner with Brand Transformation Office (BTO) team members to assist senior leaders as they align and engage their teams on high-priority initiatives. You will be a crucial member of the team, responsible for bringing key components of these initiatives together in service to quarterly and annual strategic planning processes and an outcome-oriented and consumer-centric culture and vision.

  • Support Brand Transformation Office (BTO) accountability by partnering with stakeholders to prepare for meetings, document actions, and track progress

  • Provide a high degree visibility and transparency to the portfolio of work for varied workstreams within Columbia Brand, in partnership with Brand leadership

YOU ARE

  • Passionate and relentless in the pursuit of project goals and accountability

  • An expert juggler of schedules, meetings, deadlines and details

  • Comfortable communicating and engaging across business groups and levels

YOUHAVE

  • Bachelor's degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience in business applications or engagement

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a project management or project coordinator role

  • Applied experience setting meeting agendas, documenting and distributing meeting minutes, and prepping presentations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and varied communication and project management tools
