Primary skills: Microsoft Exchange Engineer / O365 admin (Current cloud based exchange solution), Legacy On-perm exchange, O365 Tenant 2 Tenant migration experience, powershell scripting, Azure active directory.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with demonstrated ability to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Exchange Online Protect MSExchangeAdmin Messaging - MS Exchange Microsoft Active Directory and PowerShell scripting. This role is remote and operates during the day shift. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain MS Exchange Online Protect to ensure secure and efficient email communication.
  • Oversee the administration of MSExchangeAdmin to maintain efficient performance and reliability.
  • Provide support and management for Messaging
  • MS Exchange to ensure uninterrupted messaging services.
  • Coordinate Microsoft Active Directory to maintain a secure and organized user environment.
  • Develop and complete PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance and solve issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain infrastructure solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all infrastructure activities.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users to resolve infrastructure-related issues.
  • Document infrastructure configurations processes and procedures for reference and training purposes.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress challenges and solutions.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the IT department by achieving set targets and goals.
Qualifications
  • Possess strong expertise in MS Exchange Online Protect and MSExchangeAdmin.
  • Have extensive experience with Messaging
  • MS Exchange and Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in PowerShell and PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to fix sophisticated issues.
  • Show good interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and end-users.
  • Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Display the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

The annual salary for this position is between $[90,000 - 108,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Certifications Required

Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate is position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:
