Are you ready to take your skills to the next level as a self-motivated and analytical Electronic Engineer with hands-on experience reading and understanding electrical schematics and system drawings? Join our dynamic team and redefine the future of electronics!

What You Will Do

Assess electronic components of diverse applications. Assess equipment, conduct dynamic experiments, run tests, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Work with project owners and engineering personnel to perform testing on products and equipment to determine root cause of issues reported

  • Evaluate electronic parts, components of integrated circuitry for electronic equipment, hardware systems and electrical engineering applications

  • Provide detailed analytical reporting of assigned projects

  • Collaborate with Engineering and other stakeholders

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Electronic Engineering Technology (EET) degree or equivalent electronic work experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the field

  • Be able to read and comprehend electrical schematics and system drawings

  • Demonstrate unwavering patience while conducting multiple tests with keen attention to detail

  • Unlock your problem-solving prowess and seize opportunities for improvement

  • Expertise in utilizing conventional lab test equipment and tooling, including multimeters and calibration tools

About CTCT

The CTCT division (a joint venture between Trimble and Caterpillar) exists to create the industry standard grade control platform, enabling the development of positioning and control products for earthmoving, paving and compaction machines in the construction, mining and landfill industries, using technologies such as GNSS, optical total stations, lasers and sonics. The products are used in a range of applications where the operator of the machine benefits from having accurate horizontal and vertical guidance and the office benefits from rich data collected on the machine and sent back via the internet.
