About the Role

As the Mobile Optimization PM on the Growth team within the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our global mobile presence and driving business results through continuous optimization of our mobile experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including comms/design, marketing, product, engineering, and data science to deliver delightful user experiences that help grow ChatGPT.

This role is based in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.

In this role, you will:

• Create, maintain, and execute a roadmap of experiments aimed at improving the performance and user experience of ChatGPT's mobile experiences/surfaces.

• Prioritize initiatives that enhance mobile user acquisition, adoption, and drive business results, including signups, subscriptions, and in-app purchases/leads.

• Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities for mobile user flow improvements and feature optimizations.

• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests-collaborating with data science and engineering teams-to validate hypotheses and make data-driven decisions for mobile platforms.

• Leverage mobile analytics tools (e.g. AppsFlyser) to monitor performance metrics, user behavior, and feature adoption.

• Share insights, test results, and learnings across teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile experimentation.

• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure ChatGPT's mobile experience remains at the forefront of innovation in the AI space.

• Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates, active users, engagement, and revenue generation via in-app subscriptions or upsells.

You might thrive in this role if you are/have:

• Extensive experience in conversion rate optimization, mobile product management, mobile measurement/analytics, growth and monetization strategy, international growth strategy, and growth marketing.

• Strong proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics for Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, etc.

• Demonstrated experience designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests with tools like Statsig, Adobe Target, Optimizely, AB Tasty, etc.

• In-depth knowledge of SEO and ASO.

• Familiarity with mobile UX/UI design principles and experience working with MMPs.

• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly.

• Skilled in SQL for advanced data analysis.

• Experience in both B2B and B2C/consumer product environments.

• A passion for AI and its potential to transform business growth and digital experiences.

Compensation Range: $210K - $265K
