As an Associate of the HR Graduate Program, you'll gain invaluable experience and insight into how HR influences decisions, helps set strategy and makes an impact across the business. The RXO Human Resources Graduate Program is a two-year developmental program designed to grow recent graduates into strategic human resources professionals. The program offers 3 rotations, lasting 8 months each, into prominent spaces in human resources, with additional exposure to other facets of human resources, ensuring a well-rounded experience. The program allows our graduates the ability to work on key projects and contribute to finding solutions for real issues, thus supporting meeting our business objectives through effective deployment of our human capital.

What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Participate in a series of rotational assignments, lasting approximately 8 months each, focused on Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development
  • Gain additional experiences/exposures, to other departments within Human Resources such as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Business Partnering, and Data Analytics
  • Engage in various projects, designed to solve real issues within the organization
  • Work towards accomplishment of clearly defined goals and objectives with support from leadership
  • Gain exposure to, and actively utilize, various technologies to aid in administering human resources support
  • Develop strong networking and stakeholder management skills
  • Work closely with other members of the relevant cohort to complete a capstone project, initiated to solve real organizational challenges

What you need to succeed at RXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Willingness to travel to other locations as required by the program

It'd be great if you also have:

  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
  • Passion for learning and an eagerness for sharing new ideas
  • Knowledge of how to research best practices and network with industry leaders
  • Ability to analyze data and simplify complex problems
  • Ability to work with little supervision and take the initiative to complete assigned work
