Ballard Spahr is looking for a Technology Analyst who will analyze, implement, and support a variety of technology-driven solutions, including document automation, low-code/no-code technologies, and artificial intelligence. They will possess a demonstrable proficiency in today's established business-focused technologies and an ability to learn emerging technologies and keep up with trends.

Your Role:

As a Technology Analyst within our Information Technology-Technology Innovation Team, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assessing current business operations and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities for maximum operational efficiency.

• Validating and analyzing processes, procedures, and technology solutions to ensure compliance with team and firm standards and established practices.

• Providing support in managing administrative and organizational tasks to enhance the Technology Innovation team's efficiency.

• Evaluating and implementing new tools, software, and systems, working along with cross-functional teams.

• Conducting demonstrations of Ballard360 solutions for new attorneys and/or clients, as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to listen, understand information and ideas presented while using analytical skills to interpret the issue at hand and develop applicable or appropriate recommendations and solutions.

• Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Required Experience:

A four-year college degree or a combination of education and related experience is required. Experience with Contract Express (or other document automation software), Microsoft SharePoint, and Power BI. Proficiency with low-code/no-code applications or law firm-related technologies is a plus. Previous experience working in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred. Experience validating and improving technology-related processes. This position is remote, with the expectation to travel when needed.

The salary range for this position is from $70,000 - $80,000 depending upon experience and location.
