Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Compensation Manager to join the senior leadership team at Informa TechTarget Human Resources. In this role, you will work closely with the division's Chief People Officer to roll out Informa TechTarget's comprehensive total rewards strategy across all areas, including stock and equity programs.You will drive compensation programs for employees using in-depth analysis and insights to drive commercial solutions, contributing to business growth within the division. You will guide business partners and leaders through the annual compensation cycle to ensure clarity, operational excellence, and efficiency. In collaboration with Informa Group's Global Head of Reward & Benefits and other division Heads of Reward, you will maintain consistency and alignment in our reward strategies and programs as needed. Your role will also involve ensuring that our strategies remain competitive in the marketplace, comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, and promote colleague engagement. Key responsibilities will include driving reward policies, managing salary structures, overseeing bonus and commission incentives, and handling stock and equity programs for our NASDAQ-listed enterprise, which is part of a larger FTSE 100 company.
