Job Description

Brightspeed is looking for a Business Operations Support Analyst to join our team! This position will be part of the Centralized Engineering & Construction Support team and report to a Senior Manager. As a Business Operations Support Analyst, you will support the Centralized Engineering and Construction Support organization by creating clear and concise documents (M&PS, job aids, training documents, flashes, etc.) to be utilized in day-to-day operations.

As a Project Manager Engineering & Construction your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze, define, and own Centralized Engineering and Construction current and future state processes
  • Collaborates with network leadership and business domain leadership to design and implement future state processes that achieve program goals, and end-to-end process engineering objectives.
  • Analyze, capture, and interrupt Geographic Information System (GIS) and related IQGeo data.
  • Conforms with network standards by ensuring that processes are properly named and documented, and approved artifacts are used to ensure consistent approach, consumption, and application of best practices
  • Accountable for analyzing, defining, documenting, and owning current and future state processes and related roadmaps
  • Analyze and solve for basic to moderately complex functional and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Implements control plans to ensure the business is effectively monitoring solutions for sustained improvement and compliance.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for automation, identifying both opportunities and solutions.
  • Communicate training-based communications, flash documents, M&Ps and related job aids to numerous stakeholders and their teams.
Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

  • 5+ years Telecommunication experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience
  • Telecommunication experience
  • Creating documents and supporting large organizations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Relationship-builder and strong listening skills
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft, Adobe, and related systems
  • Ability to build a cohesive relationship with multiple departments through training, development, and accountability.

BONUS POINTS FOR:

  • Master's degree and/or related work experience
  • Knowledgeable of SAP, Fireworks, LeaseNet, BidMaster, JDS, WFMT, NDS, CLM, APO, and IQGeo
