TSC is a growing leader in aerospace and defense, and we are excited to expand our team with the addition of a Trade Compliance Director. This key role will oversee all aspects of trade compliance, lead a small team, and ensure our operations adhere to U.S. government regulations. We're looking for a strong leader with expertise in import/export compliance, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid remote schedule but requires proximity to our Arlington, VA office, with 1-2 days per week onsite as needed. Key Responsibilities:
